Returns Policy
Amplex Group Pty Ltd will accept returns of goods within 7 days of delivery, under the following circumstances:
- Goods are standard stock and not ordered in or cut to length, and are undamaged and packaged in the original packaging.
- Goods are damaged or defective when delivered.
- Goods do not comply with the description of quote.
Goods that have been used or stored incorrectly cannot be returned.
Goods must be accompanied by a Good Return Authority (GRA) form, available by emailing info@amplex.com.au within 7 days of delivery. The GRA will specify address and freight details for returns.
Freight for returns is the responsibility of the customer except where goods are faulty or incorrect.
If goods are beyond the 7 day limit, Amplex may at its discretion restock goods with a restocking fee of 20% of the value of returned goods, plus any freight charge.
Except to the extent required by law, goods made to special order, customer specification, non-catalogue items or product cut to length are not acceptable for credit or return. Cancellation of orders for special or non-catalogue items will not be accepted, once these orders have been processed.
