Take for example the current Parklea Correctional Centre expansion. Located in western Sydney, Parklea is a 900 bed maximum security prison that is being expanded to hold an extra 150 inmates. The project is part of the NSW Government’s $3.8 billion plan to add 7,000 new beds to the correctional system in NSW.

Amplex supplied all enclosures for the mechanical services switchboards, overnight from our warehouse in NSW. These included freestanding orange enclosures, and wall mounted orange enclosures.

The mechanical services electrical contractor made the comment:
